Process
Classic Exports main line of production is funeral monuments and specialized monuments for the European market. Although this is the main line of production, the Firm also manufactures and traders in other stone finished goods such as landscape furniture and accessories, building materials like slabs.
Raw Material
The raw materials used for manufacturing are primarily Rough Granite & Sand stone Blocks of different colors and textures, sourced from all over India namely Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Karnataka in the south and Rajasthan in the north. Apart from this we would like to import rough block from Norway, South Africa and Brazil to be able to provide with the full range of materials to our clients who as of now are sourcing finished monuments of these granites from China, our main competitors.
Capital Goods and Production Facilities
Classic Exports production facilities are situated in an owned land of 1.5 acre. Classic Exports has purchased their own machinery and are in the process of adding additional machines to meet the increasing demand vise vie quality and delivery schedules. The present capacity is 5 to 6 containers per month valued at 50 -60 lakhs turnover per month.
Manufacturing Process
We buy all different colours of Rough Granite blocks from different States and cut and polish as per specifications of the buyer and packed with wooden crates , loaded to the container and transport to the destination by sea.
